Parts of this cottage date back to the 17th century, with significant additions in the 18th century. Our clients required a two storey porch extension to allow them to make better use of the property. By using reclaimed oak and traditional jointing methods we crafted a design befitting of the property's heritage.
We designed a double rear extension to improve this large village home set over three storeys.

We were commissioned to raise the roof of this bungalow and extend out towards the rear. Increasing the pitch and adding the vertical timber cladding helped to modernise the look of this building

This family wanted a new porch and large side extension to their ex-military house. We were able to re-order the house to make it work better for the needs of the family.

Like many of the properties that we work on, this stable conversion sits within a designated National Landscape.
In 2022, our familiarity with planning constraints within these areas allowed us to advise the client on plans for expanding, cladding and extending their home upwards in a manner that was ultimately approved by Wiltshire Council's planning department.

Another bungalow given a new lease of life with an increased roof pitch and vertical timber cladding.
