We want to be as transparent with fees as possible, however every project is different and so the fee will reflect that.
There is not one size fits all. Having worked in much larger practices, we know what they charge. As a small practice with fewer overheads, we wish to pass on this benefit to you. We aim to provide fixed fees in line with the RIBA stages for as much work as possible giving clients cost certainty at every stage. For work that can vary a lot, such as work on site, we would look to work at an hourly rate of £60/hr.
Architects in the UK typically charge between 3% and 15% of the total construction cost.
